Nothing is charged in this build. There is no checkout, no payment processor and no way to spend money here. The policy below describes how the product is intended to work.

Before you publish

A purchase is refundable in full at any point before the invitation is published, for any reason at all.

After publishing

Once a link is live and has been shared, the work is delivered, so purchases are not refundable. If something is genuinely broken — the site will not load, or a feature does not work as described — that is a different matter, and we would either fix it or refund you.

Changing your mind about a design

You do not need a refund to change designs. Switching between templates within your tier is included, keeps your link and your RSVPs, and can be done as often as you like.
